We are looking for responsible, self-motivated individuals with strong customer service skills to join our sales and marketing team. This is a hands-on role which will lead into a management position as the company grows.

Role Description:

The Sales Agent is directly responsible for driving sales across Canada. This individual is responsible for achieving quarterly/annual sales goals, developing distribution channels, building strategic business relationships, and taking ownership of our CRM.

Job Location: Lower Mainland, BC (Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Surrey)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and lead the annual sales plan in conjunction with the operations team.
  • Driving overall revenue growth of ParcelPal’s B2B sales channels with a focus on new business, customer retention and customer growth.
  • Advise senior leadership on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
  • Identify industry and market trends to establish competitive differentiation and integrate learnings into effective business and pricing strategies.
  • Understand the overall value proposition and present the competitive advantages of services to clients.
  • Establish high levels of accountability and performance management.
  • Develop, analyze, and track key metrics that are leading indicators of revenue growth.
  • Deploy and ensure compliance with the use of customer relationship management tools to monitor and track each stage of the sales process.
  • Monitor and provide necessary sales forecasting, reporting and metrics to the executive leadership team.
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide solution-oriented recommendations to the company leadership team and other company functions.
  • Other duties as required.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, preferably with an emphasis on sales, logistics, or marketing.
  • 4+ years of direct work experience in a sales role with a demonstrated ability to handle additional tasks and supervisory responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics industry and market trends, ability to incorporate knowledge into sales strategy.
  • Strong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.
  • Excellent grasp of brand building and articulation of value propositions.
  • Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and advertising theories and practices.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool is preferred (i.e.: Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Project Management expertise and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a sales team.
  • Experience creating and managing budgets.
  • Experience creating incentives and compensation plans.

Working Conditions:

  • Available work hours will include a combination of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • Work hours may be flexible, but this role is intended to be full time, 40 hours per week.
  • We are open from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and 7 days a week.
